With the US sanctions against Iran, some flights to Iran were cancelled. In order to meet the passenger and freight demand between China and Iran, following the first flight into Shanghai, China in 2011, after the start of Guangzhou and Beijing in 2013 and 2014, Iranian Maha Airlines (W5) will be held on July 1, 2019 Beijing time. Open Shenzhen = Tehran round-trip route. The route will further improve the layout of Mahan Airlines' route network and provide more options for air cargo passenger transportation between China and Iran.
The route is operated by Airbus A340-600 passenger plane, two round trips per week. The specific time is: Monday, Thursday, 23:10 Beijing time, take off from Shenzhen Baoan International Airport, the next day at Tehran time, arrive at Tehran Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKA) at 05:10; Wednesday, every day At 12:15 pm, Tehran will depart from Imam Khomeini International Airport and arrive at Shenzhen Baoan International Airport at 09:30 on the second day of Beijing time (the exact flight time is subject to the flight sales system).
A340-600 aircraft, the warehouse is planned to load about 23 to 24 tons, and the maximum size can be 30 tons. Two flights a week, with a weekly load of about 40 to 50 tons. After Shenzhen arrives in Tehran, it can then transfer to other international airports, such as EVN, EBL, IST, ISU, KBL, VKO, DXB.
